2 Tbsp. butter
1 Tbsp. minced garlic
1 Tbsp. flour
1/2 cup chicken broth or wine
2 cups heavy cream
1 cup parmesan cheese
Heat butter in sauce pan. Add garlic and cook for approximately 1 minute. Stir in flour, broth, and cream and bring to a boil. Take sauce off of heat and pour in the Parmesan cheese and stir until melted. (I sometimes like to add about 1 tsp. of garlic powder to the sauce after I add the cream). I also use chicken broth instead of wine.
