1 lb. Ground beef
1 pkg. Macaroni
26oz. Can of tomato soup
1/2 to 3/4 jar salsa (mild)
8oz. Pkg. Monterey jack cheese
Boil macaroni according to directions on pkg. Brown ground beef. Drain. Add tomato soup, salsa, macaroni, and about 3/4 of the jack cheese together, with the ground beef. I usually add a teaspoon or two of sugar to the sauce but you don’t have to. Mix altogether and add to a casserole dish. Sprinkle the rest of the jack cheese on top of goulash.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour or until cheese on top is melted.

*You can use whatever salsa you want, I use Picante sauce. I go by taste, so add more or less salsa to your liking.  Sugar just evens out the spicy but so does the tomato soup.
